New Family Interest Form
Start the process by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. This helps us to collect some initial information and determine the extent of the services you'll need. We'll then contact you to set up a phone consultation. This consult is completely free! It is a time for families to ask questions about the nanny search and hiring process; as well as a time for us to find out more about what you are looking for in a nanny.

2.
Contract and Initial Search Fee
After the initial phone consult families will have a chance to think about whether this is the right step. You have time to look over our contract, ask additional questions, and decide whether or not to move forward in working with our agency. If you and your family decide to move forward the contract will need to be signed and the search fee will be due at this time.
3.
Nanny Recruitment
From here we begin our search for the perfect nanny that fulfills your family's needs. We run background checks on your family's top candidates and put together a list of the best fits. You'll be able to decide from there whom you'd like to speak with further.
4.
Interviews
After you decide which nannies you'd like to talk to, we will help facilitate an exchange of information so you can set up interviews. When a fit is found we'll be there to assist with negotiating, writing an official offer, and nailing down the details of employment.

Please be advised that you as a family are the employer and are solely responsible for hiring and the maintenance of your nanny's position. Your nanny is not considered an Open Arms Nanny Agency employee.
5.
Continued Support
Even after your nanny accepts their offer we continue to be present within the process. We will check-in after they complete their first week and then again after 4 weeks. If at any time you have concerns about your nanny or any other issue never hesitate to contact us.
6.
Changing Needs and Beyond
Families and nannies alike have continually changing needs and we offer continued service to match. If something changes and you are in need of a new (full or part-time) nanny before the six-month mark passes, we will happily place a new one for no additional charge.

We also offer one time deals for returning families (and referrals) that choose to come back and use our services a second time.
