1.
New Nanny Interest Form
Start the process by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. This helps us to collect some initial information and determine what kind of family might benefit from your help.
2.
Further Information
Keep an eye out and we will be in further touch about your application. If you've inquired about a specific position we may have additional follow up questions.
3.
Recruitment and Interviews
If you've inquired about a specific position (and it's still available) we'll pass your information along to the family. If the family is interested in speaking further, we'll facilitate setting up a meeting. If you're submitting a general application, we'll continue to keep you in mind as more positions become available and look for a fit with incoming families.
4.
Contracts
Once a fit is found we'll then help to create a contract. This is when the details of your employment will be spelled out - including hours, vacation, and benefits.
5.
Continued Support
Even after you accept your offer, we continue to be present within the process. We will check in with both you and your family after the completion of your first week, and then again after 4 weeks.

Changing Needs and Beyond
Being a nanny is a unique position, you're asked to conduct yourself in a professional manner while simultaneously becoming a member of the family. Each nanny and family has a different definition of what this means, and it can look very different for different types of people. If for any reason you ever feel uncomfortable and do not feel as though you can address your family directly, please let us know.
We also understand that needs may shift. If your circumstances change and you are in need of a new placement - please reach out immediately so we can get to work finding you a new family, and your previous family a new nanny. This same policy also applies to our summer nannies should something happen and their contract be terminated.
With all this said, jobs cannot be manifested out of thin air...but your livelihood is not a matter we take lightly. We will do our very best to make any and all transitions as smooth as possible, and prioritize accordingly.
