Family on West Side of Madison Looking for Part-Time Nanny to Start January 2027

A sweet, energetic family on the west side of Madison is looking for a part-time nanny to care for their 2year old son starting in January 2027. They are ideally looking for someone long-term and willing to work 20-22 hours per week. One spouse works from home while the other works in office. 

Their ideal nanny would be someone who loves one-on-one time with children, has lots of energy and loves to explore/play outdoors. Their son is full of energy and needs someone ready to encourage active play as well as incorporate fun developmental activities. They would love a nanny with lots of patience and someone who is attentive to their son. The family is a very minimal screen family and is looking for someone who is comfortable taking him places; getting him out of the house to try new things. 

They also ask that their nanny help keep their house tidy by helping pick up after their son.

This family is looking for someone three days per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Monday and Fridays are a must but the third day can be flexible. The days start at 9:30am and go to 4:30/5pm. They are offering $22-25/hour BOE. They are also willing to offer two weeks (6 days) paid vacation. Three days chosen by the family when they go on vacation and three days of the nanny’s choosing.
