Long-Term, Full-Time Nanny Needed for Family in Mt. Horeb, WI

A growing family of four in Mt. Horeb is looking for a full-time nanny to care for their two children and grow with them into the future. They have two girls ages two and three months, so experience with infants is a must. The father works outside the home and mother has a hybrid schedule consisting of work from home and in office. 

The family is a no screens family. They are looking for a nanny who is familiar with Montessori and Waldorf based care. Their ideal nanny would be familiar with age-appropriate educational activities and encourage as much outdoor play as possible. They would love to find a nanny familiar with potty training and maybe even meal planning for kids. Their two-year-old loves to participate in mealtimes and helping with her food. The nanny should be ready to encourage the children in taking part in household activities. The family would also love a nanny who would take their kids on easy outings, such as to the library and zoo. Their ideal nanny would also be willing to teach their kids another language as well, such as Spanish or maybe someone who can teach ASL, but this is not an absolute must. 

The family is offering $20-$25+/hr. BOE. Benefits include: 8 days off per year chosen by the nanny: includes both vacation and sick days and is to be accrued over time. An additional week off is also offered when the family is on vacation. There may be chances to travel with the family if the nanny is interested and additional benefits are negotiable. 

The schedule for this position is Monday to Thursday with an occasional Friday here and there. Hours are 7/7:30am to 4/4:30 pm. They are guaranteeing 32 hrs per week, which is also negotiable for the right candidate. The family is hoping for someone to start early November but can be flexible with their start date.
