Position Filled! Part-time Nanny Needed for Three Children in Nakoma Neighborhood

A professional family in the Nakoma neighborhood is looking for a part-time nanny for their three children ages 5, 3 and 6 months. The older two children will be in school for some or most of the day (Kindergarten - full day and Pre-K 3 - half days).The mom works from home and will be around while nanny is caring for the children. 

The family is looking for a nanny who is fun, creative and always present with their children. They need someone who is experienced with all young ages; this includes infant experience. Their children love arts/crafts and creative play. The nanny should also be patient and gentle; and be able to handle the occasional tantrum. Their hope is to find a nanny who can stay on long term and they can make a part of their family. 

Other nanny duties would include: cleaning up after the children, preparing snacks/lunches for the children and doing the children’s laundry. Nanny candidates must be CPR certified or willing to get their certification before starting. 

The family is looking for someone two to three days per week with some flexibility as to the exact days. Nanny must be able to work at least two days between Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Nanny’s day would start at 7:30am and end 5/5:30pm. Pay range is $27-$30/hour BOE with 2 weeks paid vacation (4 individual days). Family is looking for someone to start at soon as possible.
