Richfield, WI Family in Search of Full-Time Nanny Starting September 2026

A professional family is looking for a nanny for their growing family. The family has one boy who is two years old and is expecting two new additions summer 2026. The family is looking for full-time help - hours would be either Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm or Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Family is happy to discuss any scheduling conflicts in interview. Mother will be working from home, so nanny must be okay with a parent in the home. They are looking for a nanny with a strong teamwork mentality.  

The family describes their ideal nanny as being very patient and loving. They are hoping to find someone who is a good communicator and calming presence to their household; always ready and willing to collaborate with the parents. They let their child lead when it comes to playing and learning. He loves crafts, sports, music and using his imagination. The family does not allow screen time, so a creative and playful nanny is a must. While the oldest is in daycare, however, the nanny's main responsibility with be the two newborn girls. The family is looking for someone with plenty of newborn care experience as well as experience with multiples. They would love someone with doula or newborn care specialist experience, but this is not required to apply.

The family is also open to a nanny/household manager and prepared to compensate for the additional workload if the nanny desires this kind of role.

The schedule for this family is either Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm or Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Family is happy to discuss any scheduling conflicts in interview.

Benefits include paid sick and vacation time to be discussed upon hiring. They are also open to a nanny who wants to travel with them on occasional family vacations where additional help may be needed. Hourly pay for this position is $25-30+/hour BOE.
